These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the El Colmado website and any catering or event enquiry you make through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website
You may use this site for your own information and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may update or suspend the site at any time.
3. Our shop is a showcase
The products shown on this site are a selection of what we carry in-store. This website is not a webshop: there is no online ordering, payment or delivery here. Availability changes with the seasons, and prices are confirmed in-store. Product images and descriptions are illustrative.
4. Kitchen & menu
Our menu changes with the day and is shown for guidance only; dishes, ingredients and prices may vary. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please ask us in-store before ordering.
5. Catering & events
A request sent through our form or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a binding order. We will reply with a proposal and a quote. An agreement is formed only when we both confirm the details in writing (including by WhatsApp or email). Any specific catering terms — such as guest numbers, deposits, timing and cancellation — will be set out with your quote.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, texts, logo and brand of El Colmado are protected and belong to El Colmado or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Links to other services
We link to third-party services (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Accuracy & liability
We take care to keep the site accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, El Colmado is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
